• Carefully review each grant description and eligibility requirements before making your selection.
• Once your grant option is chosen, you will proceed to the application form.


Step 2 – Complete the Application Form in Full
• All application questions must be answered in full before submission.
• Required personal information (name, address, email, phone number, etc.) must be complete and
accurate.
• The application system will not allow submission if any required fields are incomplete.


Step 3 – Review and Submit
• Once you click Submit, your application cannot be revised, updated, or edited.
• Please double-check all answers, uploaded documents, and personal details before submitting.
• Submissions must be received no later than December 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM CST.


Step 4 – Confirmation & Automatic Rejection Rules
• You will receive a confirmation email of your submission & payment receipt after your application is successfully submitted.
• Incomplete applications (missing answers, missing required information, or skipped questions) will
be automatically rejected.
• Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
